• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electronics & Telecom/CS/IT/M.Sc./MCA
• Experience: 2 years
• Age: 21–30 years

Assistant Manager (Marketing/Finance)

• Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (full-time, 2 years) in Marketing (for Marketing role) or Finance (for Finance role)
• Experience: Not mandatory
• Age: 21–28 years

💸 Pay Structure

• Assistant Manager: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (CTC ~₹9 LPA + up to 40% performance bonus)
• Deputy Manager: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (CTC ~₹12 LPA + up to 40% performance bonus) .

🔍 Selection Process

1. Online Exam (150 marks | 120 minutes)
   • 100 marks: Professional knowledge
   • 50 marks: General aptitude and reasoning
