- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Experience: Ex-Indian Navy personnel (MCERA/CHERA/MCEAP/CHEAP ranks) with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine equipment.
