- Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (full-time, 2 years) in Marketing (for Marketing role) or Finance (for Finance role)
- Experience: Not mandatory

💸 Pay Structure
- Assistant Manager: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (CTC ~₹9 LPA + up to 40% performance bonus)
- Deputy Manager: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (CTC ~₹12 LPA + up to 40% performance bonus) .
