📋 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government norms.

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Junior Engineer (Civil): 3-year Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

    • Junior Lecturer:

      • Accountancy and Bookkeeping: B.Com/M.Com with 55% marks or Chartered Accountant + 2 years teaching/practical experience.

      • Management: MBA/Economics Master’s with 55% marks + 2 years teaching/practical experience. Desirable: M.Phil/CAIIB/PhD.

      • Cooperative Law: LLB (1st Class) or LLM with 55% marks + 2 years teaching/practice in cooperative/banking law.

💰 Salary

All posts will be filled on a regular basis with a basic pay of ₹25,500 in the Pay Level 4 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.

📝 Selection Process

  1. Online Exam:

    • Total Marks: 170

    • Duration: 150 minutes

    • Sections:

      • English: 30 marks

      • Reasoning: 30 marks

      • Quantitative Aptitude: 30 marks

      • Professional Knowledge: 80 marks

    • Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer

    • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50%

  2. Interview:

    • Marks: 30

    • Shortlisting: Top candidates (3 times the number of vacancies) based on exam merit

    • Final Merit: Sum of exam and interview marks (200 total)

    • Tie-Breaker: Older age considered

  3. Document Verification: At the time of the interview.
