The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB) has announced the recruitment for 15 positions of System Analyst and Junior System Analyst. The application process is currently open and will close on June 11, 2025

Vacancy Details

• Total Posts: 15

  • System Analyst: 5 posts (1 each for Server, Application, Database, Firewall, and Network Administrator)

  • Junior System Analyst: 10 posts (2 each for the same verticals)

• Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government norms.

  • Educational Qualification:

    • System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or MCA (3-year regular) from a recognized university.

    • Junior System Analyst: Same as above.

  • Experience:

    • System Analyst: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.

    • Junior System Analyst: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field.

  • Certifications:

    • System Analyst:

      • Server: Windows/Linux, SAN

      • Application: Windows/Linux/Unix, Apache

      • Database: SQL/Oracle, storage

      • Firewall: CISM/CISSP/CCNP-Security/CCIE

      • Network: CCNA/CCNP

    • Junior System Analyst: Same as above.

  • Salary (7th CPC Pay Matrix)

    • System Analyst: ₹35,400 (Level 6)

    • Junior System Analyst: ₹29,200 (Level 5)

• election Process

  1. Online Exam:

     • Total Marks: 170

     • Duration: 120 minutes

     • Sections:

       • English: 20 marks

       • Reasoning: 20 marks

       • Quantitative Aptitude: 20 marks

       • Professional Knowledge: 110 marks

     • Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer

     • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50%

  2. Interview:

     • Marks: 30

     • Shortlisting: Top candidates (3 times the number of vacancies) based on exam merit

     • Final Merit: Sum of exam and interview marks (200 total)

     • Tie-Breaker: Older age considered

  3. Document Verification: At the time of the interview
